Last Updated: August 27, 2026

Welcome to Gloment ("Gloment", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gloment website, application, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Gloment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About Gloment

Gloment is a software platform that helps users automate and manage certain professional outreach and engagement workflows through supported third-party platforms.

Gloment may interact with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, through third-party integration providers or APIs, depending on the features available at the time.

Gloment is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with LinkedIn or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You provide accurate and current account information.
  • You use Gloment in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Gloment is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Gloment account and any credentials used to access it.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Not share your account with unauthorized persons.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Be responsible for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, engage in abuse, or otherwise misuse the Service.

4. Third-Party Account Connections

Certain Gloment features may require you to connect an account from a third-party platform.

When you connect such an account, you authorize Gloment and its applicable integration providers to access and perform the actions necessary to provide the features you have enabled.

The permissions requested may vary depending on the integration and features you use. You may disconnect a third-party account through the available Gloment settings or by contacting us.

Gloment does not guarantee that a third-party platform will continue to support any particular integration, API, feature, or automation.

5. LinkedIn and Third-Party Platform Compliance

Gloment is not LinkedIn and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation.

LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Gloment complies with:

  • LinkedIn's applicable terms and policies;
  • LinkedIn's automation and platform rules;
  • Applicable privacy and data protection laws;
  • Applicable anti-spam and electronic communications laws; and
  • Any other rules applicable to your use of the Service.

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, restrictions, rate limits, or functionality at any time. Such changes may cause certain Gloment features to stop working, become restricted, or become unavailable.

Gloment is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, limitations, or termination imposed by LinkedIn or another third-party platform.

6. Automation

Gloment may allow you to configure automated actions. You acknowledge that:

  • You control the campaigns, workflows, messages, targeting, and other automation settings you create.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your automation configuration before activating it.
  • You are responsible for the content sent or actions performed through your account.
  • You must not use Gloment to send spam, deceptive communications, or unauthorized messages.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent Gloment's technical limits, safety controls, or rate limits.
  • You must not use automation to impersonate another person or entity.

Gloment may impose technical limits, rate limits, usage limits, or safety restrictions at any time. We may pause or disable automation that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates a risk to Gloment, third parties, or connected platforms.

  • Message templates;
  • Campaign configurations;
  • Profile or targeting information;
  • Links;
  • Images or other media;

  • Other content submitted through the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Gloment.

By submitting content, you grant Gloment a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute any content you submit through Gloment.

10. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

If Gloment offers a free trial or promotional period, the applicable terms will be displayed when you sign up.

We may provide refunds or credits at our discretion where appropriate. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Gloment may occasionally provide free trials, credits, discounts, or promotional offers. We may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.

If a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price and conversion terms will be displayed before or during signup.

12. Intellectual Property

Gloment and its underlying technology, software, interface, branding, design, documentation, logos, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us.

  • Use Gloment's branding without permission.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep Gloment available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may become temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Infrastructure failures;
  • Security incidents;
  • Internet or network failures;
  • Changes to third-party platforms;
  • API limitations;
  • Government actions;
  • Force majeure events; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Gloment at any time.

14. Third-Party Services

Gloment may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, integrations, email delivery, databases, automation, or other functionality.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of third-party services. A failure or change in a third-party service may affect Gloment functionality.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Gloment provides software and automation capabilities. We do not guarantee:

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gloment is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability;
  • Reliability;

  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Merchantability;
  • Compatibility with third-party platforms; or
  • Continuous or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gloment and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Gloment during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gloment and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

20. Effect of Termination

After termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ends.
  • Active automations may be stopped.
  • Your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms.

21. Privacy

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Gloment after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable law in India.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
